It is critical that you present your experience in a way that will allow the reader to see that you will fit into their environment.As I have mentioned before, I have over 20 years of recruiting experience and I know that no one initially reads a resume line-by-line.They scan up and down the resume to see if there is anything that catches their eye.The way to present your responsibilities and accomplishments is to succinctly write a description of the challenge or task, your actions to resolve or improve and then the result. If you bold the result the reader will automatically stop and take a look.For example:
