I always ask that question as part of my resume process. Today, 3 new clients failed to adequately answer the question. Each of them are looking for a strong resume with impact. They want to make a change or “see what is out there”.

It is interesting that all 3 resumes are just bullets. Their tasks and accomplishments are presented in a long boring list. They just kept adding their experiences as time went on.This process will be a time of self discovery. When they see their experience expressed in a new, accessible format we should be able to uncover what they would really wish to pursue!Going Forward.Are you in the same situation?What helped you decide what direction to take?
