Position Overview:

Work with plant personnel in the development and support of the company's business processes and strategies in the supply chain, operations, inventory management and quality functional areas. This individual will be accountable for providing leadership and technical support to plant initiatives. The individual will facilitate information gathering in supported business areas, and deliver structured documentation and presentation of findings to all levels of management.

The Business Analyst will conduct analysis of functional business process and functional requirements. The Business Analyst will serve as the liaison between site and regional IT leadership, and provide the necessary support to global and regional initiatives deployed at the site.Will relocate to Forest, VA.Serve as a BA - does not need to have pharmaceutical (manufacturing industry is fine) will learn pharma.This position will be the highest level Applications Support and Delivery resource for interacting with local staff and leadership and regional IT resources to support the above mentioned business areas.Essential Duties & Responsibilities :Business Consulting & PartnershipServes as a senior IT liaison and business process expert in the areas of supply chain, operations, inventory management and quality. Analyzing the business needs and validating solutions with the client and working with local and regional IT to support the critical aspects of the businessDevelopment and ImplementationMaintains focus on process analysis and re-engineering with an understanding of technical problems and solutions and the relationship to the business and technical environment.Support and MaintenanceCollaborates with customers, staff, regional IT colleagues, and other stakeholders to support existing processes and technologies in the supply chain, operations and quality areas. Identify customer requirements; assess impacts to the delivery and development of applications and other IT functions.Project ManagementManages local Delivery Management and coordinates with local resources, regional IT support and management on the status of multiple, concurrent project or service and support efforts at the facilityPosition Requirements:Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, Enterprise Asset Management, and CostingSome understanding of Oracle e-Business suite5-10+ years experience in pharmaceutical or related manufacturing industryBS in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent work experience requiredApply hereor contact: Gary@GaryLouisNelson.com
