Under general direction reporting to the president of the Refrigeration Solutions Group and working within a matrix organization, the VP of Sales develops and executes strategies for increasing sales within the USA for all Food Service Group products and services. Establishes new and sustain existing productive relationships with key decision makers; coordinate with dealers, rep groups and other sales/marketing resources to present and deliver solutions that meet customers’ needs.
