The Help Desk Specialist provides computer in a desktop environment by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions.
Administration and internal support of PCs, printers, networks, and related equipment.
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to mobile phones and devices.
Respond to queries in person and over the phone.
Document internal processes and procedures.
Train computer users.
Respond to emails for customers seeking help.
Troubleshooting PC, network, and peripheral equipment.
Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software.
Virus scanning/removal.
Install computer peripherals.
Escalate issues to management.
Preferred Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Certification, in an IT related field.
1 - 5 years of relevant technical experience.
