The Help Desk Specialist provides computer in a desktop environment by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions.

  • Administration and internal support of PCs, printers, networks, and related equipment.
  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to mobile phones and devices.
  • Respond to queries in person and over the phone.
  • Document internal processes and procedures.
  • Train computer users.
  • Respond to emails for customers seeking help.
  • Troubleshooting PC, network, and peripheral equipment.
  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
  • Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software.
  • Virus scanning/removal.
  • Install computer peripherals.
  • Escalate issues to management.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Certification, in an IT related field.
  • 1 - 5 years of relevant technical experience.
