POSITION: Regional VP of Sales, Cloud Financial Software, Central Region.

Position Overview

  • In the RVP of Sales position, you be leading the sales efforts for a team of Sr. Account Executives covering the Central US.
  • ou will be challenged to achieve all corporate sales goals and objectives.
  • Formulating and implementing sales tactics, sales process and sales reporting/analytics to improve performance and measure ongoing productivity of the sales team.
  • Assist the entire sales team with closing complex enterprise sales opportunities.
  • Responsibilities include working closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure achievement of product line revenue targets, and in the successful pursuit of sales opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

  • 10+ years of highly successful experience selling strategic business software applications with at least 5 years in a Sales Leadership role with direct sales reports.
  • Consistent top performer in quota performance, compensation and President's Club status.
  • Experience selling software applications that touch the majority of the enterprise (not just a LOB). This is not an IT or Infrastructure sale.
