Position Overview
- In the RVP of Sales position, you be leading the sales efforts for a team of Sr. Account Executives covering the Central US.
- ou will be challenged to achieve all corporate sales goals and objectives.
- Formulating and implementing sales tactics, sales process and sales reporting/analytics to improve performance and measure ongoing productivity of the sales team.
- Assist the entire sales team with closing complex enterprise sales opportunities.
- Responsibilities include working closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure achievement of product line revenue targets, and in the successful pursuit of sales opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
- 10+ years of highly successful experience selling strategic business software applications with at least 5 years in a Sales Leadership role with direct sales reports.
- Consistent top performer in quota performance, compensation and President's Club status.
- Experience selling software applications that touch the majority of the enterprise (not just a LOB). This is not an IT or Infrastructure sale.
