The Senior Sales Executive – Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) has a leading role in growing the firm’s RIA business and must have a strong RIA network.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new revenue for RIA business, hunt and build client relationships
  • Effectively present the firm’s value proposition through consultative sales process
  • Leverage organization resources and work collaboratively in team environment
  • Proactively generate new leads every week through cold-calling and networking
  • Communicate progress and collaborate with other team members
  • Travel up to 50%

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 8 years’ clearing or fin-tech or SAAS sales experience into RIAs in a quota-carrying role.
  • Experience/knowledge with clearing sales is a big plus
  • Knowledge of Custody, Clearing and/or Back office processes, technology, regulations, etc.
  • Successful track record of exceeding million-dollar quotas
  • Superior communication and presentation skills, consultative sales style
  • Strong organizational skills and experience working with a CRM
  • Persistent, able to manage complex sales cycle
  • Hunter with cold-calling experience & proven ability to prospect & generate leads
  • Self-starter, entrepreneurial
  • Strong RIA network, able to consistently drive revenue
  • Experienced working in a fast paced environment
  • Series 7 strongly preferred.
