You are in charge of developing international and/or European deals for companies based in countries such as the UK, Italy, Germany

Identifies new business opportunities related to new services to new clients markets, and/or existing services to existing clients in new clients markets, and/or new services to existing client markets,

Prepares and delivers sales presentations and proposals to effectively position and promote the company’s services to potential clients.

Co-ordinates resources and inputs as required from other support department to negotiate pricing, business terms and contract,

Works with the program management teams to ensure a seamless handover and transition of the prospect to the operations group,

Works in conjunction with the Account Manager and Management, when required, to identify new business areas.

Profile

Studies : University diploma or degree (Engineering, Business Administration and Management, Economics or similar),

Minimum three years of successful experience in the sales of call center outsourcing services (preferably), or other BPO solutions or CRM service solutions to Key Accounts in Europe,

Understanding of business financials is a strong advantage,

An experience in developing specific sectors with a business approach is an advantage,

English necessary and a second language is an asset (French or Italian or German).
