Job Description
The Regional Sales Account Manager will lead all West Coast regional sales and marketing activities.
- Identify, establish, and grow customer base.
- Expand sales in new industry sectors.
- Mentor and lead sales personnel.
- Coordinate and manage all sales reporting, quotations, conferences, and administrative processes.
Qualifications
- Must possess a minimum of 5 to 8 years of successful sales experience and regional customer contacts.
- Experience selling to automotive industry desired.
- Knowledge or background in software or encryption desired.
- Must possess strong communication and organizational skills.
- Previous management and leadership experience with ability to coordinate across internal / external sales and engineering teams.
- Ideally this person will be a strategic thinker with contract negotiation skills and the ability to assess market opportunities while effectively developing and leading organization sales / product strategy.
