Provides leadership for Quality Systems.

Responsible for advanced quality planning, supplier quality assurance, testing laboratories, customer complaints, product submission, and the implementation of lean techniques.Supervises personnel who have continuous interactions with customers, product design. Takes a leadership role in ISO 9001/2000 and ISO 17025 compliance.Directs, implements, and maintains operational-level strategies and objectives and monitors performance against plan.Manages, monitors and controls material, labor, and overhead costs in respective area. Develops, reviews, and maintains budgets and expenses for department.Maintains appropriate level of staff support necessary to meet business goals and objectives.
