As President you will inherit a well run trust company, organized similar to a family office with experienced, professional administrators needing little supervision. This position location is rated in the top ten most livable places in the U.S. by MSN Money. They offer more than 70 recreation areas, more than five institutions of higher learning, and are a regional hub for health care services, shopping and dining.

Job Description

Description: The President is responsible for developing strong relationships with top clients including centers of influence, investment advisors, attorneys, CPA and UHNW clients. Additionally the President is charged with growing the assets under administration and providing leadership for employees.

• Develop strong relationships with top clients who include COI’s, advisors, attorneys, and CPA’s in addition to the UHNW individuals / families who are the ultimate client. Develop sales strategy to grow the trust companyBe the technical, go to person for the administrators.Manage a small book of significant relationshipsTravel to visit clients monthly - about 20% to 30% of the time. Can be scheduled in advance and is on a regular schedule.Bottom line responsibility for the trust company.

• Required - Minimum of five years experience working with South Dakota, Delaware, Alaska, Nevada, Wyoming or New Hampshire Trust situs. Strong sales recordStrong technical knowledge of South Dakota trust lawsMinimum of five years’ trust administration and/or operations experience Management experience JD preferred.
