The Banking & Finance Global Account Director will have a strong background in a host of different areas including: experienced sales, understanding of SaaS or HCM technology, exceptional lead generation and pipeline development, as well as consultative/concept selling. A rolodex & understanding of the Banking & Finance Industry is desired, but not a must have. - Background in Staffing, RPO, VMS, or HR Services
- 8+ years of experience in B2B solution sales
- Proven ability to conduct compelling presentations/demonstrations
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- A passionate, driven, confident and focused self-starter that takes pride in exceeding expectations
- Bachelor’s Degree or similar 4 year college degree
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SalesForce
- Ability to travel (approximately 30%)
