A rolodex & understanding of the Banking & Finance Industry is desired, but not a must have. This position can be working from Atlanta, Chicago, or New York.We expect you to present yourself as a polished salesperson that is entrepreneurial and treats this job like their own business. This is a hunter sales position in a quasi-start-up environment with a solution that is a concept sell. This highly consultative sales process involves educating prospects on this solution, building consensus among cross-functional roles (i.e. Talent Acquisition, HR, IT, Procurement, etc.), and handling concerns about the change management to current processes. Success in this position means that you are meeting or exceeding quota. The commission structure for this role is uncapped.
