• Data management efforts include centralization of data sourcing, documentation of data flows and controls, and oversight of data gap remediation.
• Finance systems strategy involves determination of Core Finance functional requirements as well as coordination with Technology and Enterprise Data Management to develop a target architecture and multi-year implementation plan.

This position will partner very closely with the Global Financial Control leadership team, Enterprise Technology & Data Management teams and other senior leaders, reporting directly to the Finance Systems & Data Management Executive (Ken Mertzel)Role Qualifications

• Ideally have 15 + years of experience of data management design and execution with financial services or the banking industry
• Must have Bachelor’s Degree
• Must have a deep knowledge of data management sourcing/strategy development and Finance systems architecture understanding
• Have had previous large scale Finance transformation program management
• Leadership Competencies must include:
