This enterprise-level role — the enterprise solution architect — focuses across more than one product or solution at a time, while supporting individual project or solution architects on individual solutions. Primary Responsibilities and Activities• Define, with input from others, the overall solution for the engagement. This may include multiple INFOR products and solutions, integrated with multiple existing or in flight solutions at the client site. The goal is to create, implement and turn over a well integrated final solution that functions as promised to each client.
• Develop road maps describing the evolution of all enterprise solution portfolios fromcurrent state to future state.• Work with INFOR development, product, and cloud operations groups to ensure client solution and INFOR architectures are compatible.
Primary Work Arrangements• This role will report to the head of the architecture practice as part of the organization, cost center, etc. It will also have an engagement reporting requirement to the senior engagement management personnel leading each engagement to which he/she is assigned (DE, Prog Mgr, Proj Mgr)• This role will coordinate closely with enterprise business, information and technologyarchitects, while virtually leveraging subject matter experts from any needed technical orbusiness area.• This role may also work closely with separate teams of project or solution architects thatdo only individual project work.• This role will collaborate with business constituents, other EA team members, projectteams and IT staff as needed to fulfill the responsibilities described above.
