Global leader of process systems and solutions, is currently offering an opportunity for an Infrastructure Services Group Manager to be part of our Systems Solutions business unit. This position will be based in our NW Chicago Suburb office location. The successful candidate would manage a services team in our Infrastructure Services group.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide formal leadership for the Project Services Group including;team development,mentorship,performance conversations,individual career development of team members,manage team utilization as a whole,manage individual team member schedules and utilization targets,and group level assessment and planning of skill development required to provide services offerings.
• Support new lifecycle services rollouts.
• Support services and product sales and marketing efforts.
• Create processes/procedures to allow the infrastructure services team to effectively support our installed base customers
• Support Systems Solutions business unit planning process.
• Collaborate with sales management and other business units.

Qualifications:

• B.S. Degree in Engineering or equivalent desired.
• 10+ years in an engineering field desired.
• 5+ years of engineering group management or project management experience a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills and proven ability to lead a team of highly skilled individuals.
