This position identifies market opportunities, coordinates with the technical/engineering resources. You will lead and manage a team of engineers and sales professionals responsible for driving double digit sales growth!!This position will focus on the needs of the Customer in developing new solutions and focuses on major domestic & international projects for companies (B to B sales). You will be responsible for managing your global team that is charged with selling, directing, analyzing, and evaluating Customer's needs for sales growth.Essential Functions:* Developing a strong team by evaluating, training, and coaching them to drive results through the selling process.* Maintains contact with and works effectively towards customer engineers/technical staff/decision makers.* Recognizes and recommendations new major project opportunities.* Establishing a performance culture with clear sets of responsibility, accountability, and ownership for performance in assigned region.* Generating and qualifying new business opportunities.* Establishing a clear line of sight for sales growth in the America’s Strategic Plan ( for North, Central, and South America).* Represent company at industry events.Requirements:1. BS degree is required…..a Master’s degree would be a plus.2. You should have 8+ years of relevant sales experience in an international environment.3. You should be a Change Agent Leader! A catalyst and driver of change for a performance-driven organization.4. A key skill would be the ability to coach and advise with assertiveness and decisiveness.5. Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written.6. You should have a high level of knowledge with business financials, budgets, reports, strategic plans, etc..7. Ability to demonstrate initiative and assertiveness, the ability to plan and manage a global based team of engineers and sales professionals.8. Tenacious in building new business, securing customer loyalty and forging strong relationships with business partners.9.
