Job Description

Description:Manage client relationships, cross-channel digital marketing efforts and overall performance and success of our client’s paid media accountsManage digital media team of coordinators and analysts, helping organize their efforts and professional developmentDesign online SEM strategies and roadmaps to achieve client objectives, and present finalized strategies to clientsIdentify and communicate with management on key client opportunities, potential risks and other key nuances which affect the health of the businessInvestigate and analyze market and industry trends, vendor offerings, and third party research/findingsDevelop, execute and monitor effective online marketing campaigns, including overseeing generation and review of client deliverables for quality and viability of insights and recommendationsOversee and assist in day to day account management, including but not limited to: keyword and bid strategy, ad copy testing and performance measurement, budget pacing, and ad extension optimizationManage budgeting, forecasting, billing, and invoicingFacilitate the development and documentation of best practices for improving operational efficiencies within the team and the group.

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate:7+ years of related industry experience with proven ability as a self-starter4+ years of online marketing, direct marketing and/or related strategy work including campaign development and performance analysis3+ years demonstrated track record of client relationship development and service, with a strong client-service orientationBachelor's Degree at a minimumDirect experience in SEM, experience in Social & SEO is a plusStrong technical aptitude including ability to understand basic website technologiesSound business acumen, financial analysis skills, and ability to think both strategically and tacticallyProven ability to manage projects to successful completion, multi-task and work within tight deadlinesProficiency in relevant software and UI’s: Microsoft Office, Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Google Analytics and other analytics platforms, various social media marketing UI’s and other third party campaign management toolsExceptional creative thinking and problem resolution skills that will contribute value in a dynamic, client-centered environmentAbility to work well in a team, solve problems and multitask
