2. Articulate and manage its academic programs
3. Work closely with the academic team in each of their future schools
4. Build systems and processes that will support its school’s growth over time.
5. Ensure that the school’s students attain excellent academic outcomes while becoming strong and caring global leaders.

Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

• Educational Vision, Innovation and Leadership. Vision, curriculum, programs, processes, and continuous improvement
• Development, Management, Supervision and Support. Central academic team and work as a leader and coach for the teachers and leaderships at the different schools in the US and Latin America to ensure the successful implementation of its vision
• Articulate and refine the “Vision of Excellence” for instruction and academic culture, and invest teachers and leaders in this vision
