Requisition Id: 533Global leader of process systems and solutions, is currently offering an opportunity for a Group Manager to be part of our Systems Services business unit. This position will be based out of our Schaumburg, IL office location. The successful candidate would manage a services team in our Project Services group.Contact Gary@GaryLouisNelson.com

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide formal leadership for the Project Services Group including;team development,mentorship,performance conversations,individual career development of team members,manage team utilization as a whole,manage individual team member schedules and utilization targets,and group level assessment and planning of skill development required to provide services offerings.
  • Support new services rollouts.
  • Support services and product sales and marketing efforts.
  • Support Systems Solutions business unit planning process.
  • Collaborate with sales management and other business units.

Qualifications:

  • B.S. Degree in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent desired.
  • 10+ years in the control system engineering field desired.
  • 5+ years of engineering group management or project management experience a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills and proven ability to lead a team of highly skilled individuals.
