Job DescriptionThe primary responsibility of the director of sales is to be in charge of all sales activities, department, and personnel involved in Sales for our client.This individual must provide leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales department while maintaining focus on the client’s strategic goals.The Director of Sales must analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential and establish performance goals for all sales department employees to attain this potential.The individual must monitor performances and direct department to achieve objectives established in the Client’s Strategic Plan.This position requires that this individual oversees training of personnel involved in the Sales Department.
