Location: San Francisco area

$180k to $240K

Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders, leadership and SMEs to build organization's strategy, processes, information, and information technology assets.
• Prepare and manage software development and project budgets.
• Manage SDLC and software release cycle for Development and Business teams.
• Collaborate with organizations involved in corporate sponsored projects and alignment of IT strategy and planning with business goals.
• Deliver architecture that supports the most efficient and secure IT environment meeting strict PCI and SOX compliance requirements.
• Develop policies, standards and guidelines to direct the selection, development, implementation and use of technology within the company.
• Maintain staff utilization. Provide opportunities to participate in relevant training, seminars and workshops.
• Lead and mentor staff development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Technology or Associate Degree in equivalent field of study with relevant work experience
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in managing Software Development teams in a medium size organization with geographically diverse office layout.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in creating Enterprise Architectures.
• Knowledge of IT governance and operations
• Comprehensive knowledge of hardware, software, application, and systems engineering
• Project and program management planning and organizational skills
• Strong Customer Services orientation with a strong ability to develop partnership at various levels
• Self-motivated with ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high -pressure environment
• Ability to explain concepts in simple terms to non-technical stakeholders
• Capable of providing teams with motivation and necessary guidance for analysis and problem solving skills with keen attention to detail while adhering to defined operating procedures and Service Level Agreements.
