This position performs the tasks of designing, implementing, testing, and documenting software build, test, and simulation infrastructure .

• Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts and techniques are required. Understands team requirements and delivers results that meet team needs.
• Independently evaluates, selects and applies standard engineering techniques, procedures and criteria, using judgment in making adaptations and modifications.
• Assignments have clear and specified objectives.
• Develops own resources to solve problems and provides imaginative solutions to a variety of moderately complex problems.
