Provide financial and decision support to Customer Service leadership, including all aspects of sales, expenses, headcount, investments and projects.• Develop and continually improve analytical and reporting capabilities to provide recommendations and actionable information in order to meet financial and strategic commitments.• This job is designed to provide Customer Service Leadership with the financial tools, information, and support required to achieve their goals.• Act as central point of contact for 2 regions for all financial matters.• Provide direct financial and decision support to Branch Services leadership, District Directors, RBSVPs. Provide recommendations and actionable information in order to meet financial and strategic commitments• Assess risks and opportunities against the business plan.• Use productivity metrics and financial reports to proactively identify areas requiring attention.• Attend regional and district meetings, presenting functional and GUS financial results and providing insight. These meetings will also provide an opportunity to understand field inquiries and requests that will be used to drive enhancements to existing financial reporting and tools.• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis, cost benefit analysis, and discounted cash flow modeling.• Help the leadership team develop metrics / financial objectives to manage through the Customer Service Evolution (CSE).• This role will also include a subset of the following responsibilities:• Provide review and oversight for monthly reporting results, including Customer Service P&L’s, Expense/Sales, Hourly Payroll Trend, Sales Projections, and CSLT Reporting.• Provide review and oversight to annual expense plan and forecasts for key areas within Customer Service, covering ~ 400 branches, and 4 regions with a total operating budget of $460M.• Coordinate consolidation of the Customer Service expense plans and forecasts.• Participate on cross-functional teams to identify key projects, quantifying the related expense, capital, and resource requirements, while providing strong financial leadership and direction.• Monitor expenses to Plan/Forecast, identifying expense risks and opportunities and communicating progress via reporting.Contact me if interested.
