Dynamic, industry leading global organization has immediate needs in the high-profile Internal Audit Group for an IT Audit Manager. This position has high visibility and a solid career track within the company.

You will manage an IT audit plan that will have your Audit Team performing audits on a domestic & some international basis. This position is responsible for planning, execution and reporting of all information technology audit projects including SOX compliance. Audit Reviews are focused on many, diverse areas. You will coordinate Audit activities and manage the IT Audit staff.

You will identify and pursue irregular transactions or business practices, engage the IT Security and access control function with evaluations of it's effectiveness. You will supervise and direct staff, conduct annual Risk Assessment, drive SOX compliance. You will evaluate IT internal controls, supervision and development of staff, develop conclusions about the effectiveness of the assignment. Perform special projects and presentations as needed. Low travel requirement.

REQUIREMENTS:

BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Services. An MBA or Master's degree would be a plus. A certification such as CPA, CISSP, and/or CISA is preferred. You should have 7+ years of relevant audit experience - preferably with a BIG 4 firm, a consulting firm, or a large company focusing on IT Audits. You should have strong knowledge of ERP such as Peoplesoft, SAP, Oracle, etc. You should have solid experience with SQL and data mining. You should have the ability to use PC-based automated software tools, proficiency with spreadsheets, project management exposure, risk-based assessments, excellent communication skills. Looking for SEC level client company experience. Any fraud or forensic investigative experience is a plus.
