• 8+ years of Software Testing experience
• Certifications such as - CSTE, CSQA, ISTQB or any other software quality assurance certification highly preferred

• Experience with Agile Test Methodologies (i.e. Exploratory)
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Automation, performance and/ or load test skill are highly desirable
• Experience leading offshore ( India) test team
• Experience in managing multiple projects/products
