I listen to podcasts all day while I write. I cannot closely listen because I need to concentrate on writing your resume! I end up listening to the same podcast more than once to absorb the message.

Pomodoro Timer

Yesterday I heard about the Pomodoro Technique. (not an affiliate link). I thought this would be worth trying in my practice and I thought this would be helpful for you in your job search campaign. Breaking up job search tasks into smaller chunks and taking breaks may be beneficial and not be energy sapping.The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method that can be used for any kind of task. For many people, time is an enemy.
