The Capture Manager/Business Analyst (CM/BA) will assist with Business Development (BD), Capture, and Proposal activities in support of identifying, pursuing, and obtaining new business. The CM/BA will work directly with the executive management team including the CEO and VP of Business Development, as well as identified Business Units, capture managers and proposal leaders.Please note this opening is for a mid-level candidate with at least 5 years of relevant experience. The compensation package is in line with this requirement. This position is based out of headquarters in Chantilly, VAEssential Duties and Responsibilities: Identifies and qualifies new business opportunities.Performs research and analysis including competitive assessments, PWin assessments, and market trends utilizing BD tools/assets such as FedBizOps, GovWin IQ and FPDS.Coordinates market intelligence support requirements with the BD team.Attends internal, external, and government meetings or industry days.Maintains pipeline information, ensures accuracy, and develops reports utilizing the CRM Tool.Supports Capture opportunities, including Multiple Award IDIQs Task Orders, teammate identification, competitive assessment, and populating Capture Plans.Performs and coordinates in-depth research & analysis with the BD team.Coordinates meetings, data calls, assignments with internal and external teammates and/or Capture Managers/stakeholders.Supports responses to Requests for Information (RFI), Sources Sought, Solicitations/Requests for Proposals (RFP)/Requests for Quotes (RFQs)/Task Orders, including writing, section leads, coordination, and editing.Supports data call and past performance writing and coordination.Helps develops and refine BD documents, including proposal, past performance, resume libraries, and marketing materialMinimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Business, or related field. Relevant work experience may substitute degree.A minimum of five years of direct experience in BD, Market Research, and/or Federal Contracting.Must have capture and/or proposal experience on a variety of opportunities including a relevant mix of program types, complexities, products, technologies and customers.Experience with FBO, GovWin IQ, Deltek CRM tool, and SharePoint preferred.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Must possess strong communication, writing and editing skills.Ability to multi-task.

Must be experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Must be detail-oriented with attention to quality.Must work effectively individually and as part of a team.Must have the ability to travel as required (Up to 20% travel within the United States).Must have the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
