Under the Headers and Introductory Paragraph you should add your core competencies. I prefer placing them in 3 columns to ease scanning and viewing.Your competencies should be 2 to 3 words each to allow the Reader to immediately access, view and determine fit.The critical strategy in this section is: NEVER SEND YOUR RESUME out without first aligning the Headers and Competencies with the target opportunity---as long as your are truthful.Feel free to comment and send your questions to:Gary@GaryLouisNelson.com
