Working in an integrated services business vertical providing innovative solutions to customers in multi domain sectors including Real Estate, Healthcare, Supply Chain & Logistics, Manufacturing industries; across three service lines—Business Processing, Technology and Procurement in multiple geographies. This role leads on customer strategy and engagement , revenue protection and growth and long term business strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
Create, communicate and monitor a go-to market strategy for customer accounts and ensure consistent roll out globally
Have overall ownership of Client relations and Service Delivery across the Account Management team
Ensure the delivery of key growth objectives - Revenue, Profit
Be known as an expert in the industry to drive strategy and leverage alliance
Manage a virtual and culturally diverse team
Facilitate introductions for company to broaden business opportunities
Required Skills:
Significant experience in Business Process Outsourcing and/or IT Services and Offshoring with a strong interest and understanding of technologies and software in these areas
Track record in sales and account management as well as a sales management in BPO or IT services
Ability and experience to manage and grow revenue of the existing accounts
Effective projects or complex solutions handling exposure
Responsible for managing, supporting, developing and coordinating the actions of the assigned CRMs and Solutions team
Knowledge and experience in consulting / operational strategy, building shared services (consolidation), global delivery models
Demonstrate track record of client relationship development and service
Strong financial business acumen with and excellent business understanding
Proven global expertise and perspective, executive level presence and influence
Ability to meet travel requirements, covering all key regions of client’s organization
