Now that I am back in Recruiting I am posting open opportunities. Job Seekers are applying to these positions that are not a fit!

Recruiters (like me) are paid to find what the Company (my client) is willing to pay the Recruiter to find. That means if a position requires executive experience in manufacturing operations then that is what I will seek. What I am receiving are resumes with less than executive experience and in industries other than manufacturing.Does this mean that skills are not transferable? Not at all! It means that the Client with the job opening DOES NOT want me to submit this candidate. Why? There are candidates that fit the opportunity with the required experience. There are also candidates seeking these opportunities with very poor resumes-they will not get submitted. If you are seeking a new opportunity, concentrate on your "sweet spot" and make sure your resume "sells" you!Join these successful job seekers.Make sure your resume helps and does not hurt you.
