We are looking for a Director of Intelligence Programs with an Agile Software Program Management background.Arlington, VAIn addition to directing the company's programs across the Intelligence Community, the successful candidate must be an Agile Program Manager experienced in managing delivery of functional software via agile development methods in the Intelligence Community.Oversee a team of Prime and Subcontractor resources to deliver critical capabilities to an Intelligence Community Member.Apply a full range of program management strategies, philosophies, policies, and procedures to perform agile applications development and IT operational management activities.Manage the client relationship including senior level coordination and synchronization.Coordinate with human resources, operations and customer staff to manage project resources.Apply knowledge of Federal government planning, programming, and budgeting as well as resource planning and execution processes, to support customer program planning, decision briefings, and progress assessment.Participate in financial reviews, PMRs, and technical reviews with the customer.Effectively manage contract cost, schedule and performance.Adjust scope and resource estimation at project inception, tracking progress and planning, re-planning and adjusting course based on both realities of team velocity and potential changes in user needs over the course of the projectUse resource estimates using point-based systems from team Scrum Master’s progress and track progress via charting team velocity and burn-down chartsExtract and synthesize complex information to prepare briefings, read-aheads and other materialsIdentify emerging customer requirements; contribute to account capture strategies and execution.Create customer demand working in collaboration with corporate business development team.
