Exciting opportunity available for a Business Optimization Analyst just west of Syracuse, NY.

The Business Optimization Analyst will be a subject matter expert in Accounting and Finance initiatives within the organization, including but not limited to; general ledger, accounts payable, P-Card, and time & expense. The Business Optimization Analyst will also be responsible for managing special projects, including business process improvement initiatives using Lean tools and strategies.

Bachelor's degree and +5 years of related experience in an Accounting, Finance, Lean, or IT role. +3 years of Project Management experience is highly preferred, with previous responsibilities including creating playbooks, facilitation, process mapping, and HP quality test automation. The Business Optimization Analyst must have prior experience with Oracle databases. Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt is preferred.
