Their resumes are full of Military and Government acronyms and situations that are not going to appeal to the Recruiter or Screener or System trying to decipher their resume. In fact, they will just move on to another resume that is more appealing.You need to put yourself in their position and visualize what they need to see in order to select you from the hundreds to thousands of resumes submitted.Look at the job description AND look at the company.
